Losing event photos is a nightmare for both client and photographer. That's why, at Everest Photography, we take security to the next level following professional-grade protocols.
- 3 copies: The original and two immediate physical backups.
- 2 different media: Redundant solid-state drives (SSD) and encrypted cloud storage.
- 1 copy off-site: We maintain a geographically separate backup for total protection.
In addition, we use dual-slot memory cameras. This means that every time I shoot, the photo is simultaneously saved to two different cards inside the camera. If a card were to fail (rare but possible), we always have the exact backup on the second slot. Your peace of mind is not negotiable for us.
This protocol extends until final delivery. We keep your files in our system for 12 months after the event, should you ever lose your personal copy. With us, your memories are not just images, they are assets protected with the best technology available in the industry.
